Returns and Refund Policy

At La Stefani, we take the quality of our products and the care taken in delivering them very seriously. Due to their fragility and unique nature, our return policy complies with the current legal withdrawal period.

📦 Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal — that is, to return the product without providing any justification.

For a return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • All tags and original packaging must be kept.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The most economical option is usually through your local postal service.
It is very important that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. If the item arrives broken or damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.

💰 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether it has been approved.
If everything is in order, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
