Over twelve years ago, when we still lived in Barcelona, ​​we were looking for a more eco-friendly alternative to bottled water . We had tried a reverse osmosis water dispenser and a Brita, but neither quite convinced us . One afternoon, at the Fira de la Terra (Earth Fair), we stumbled upon some water purifying fountains with activated carbon filters, handcrafted in Brazil—the Stéfani filters. We bought one, without imagining that this gesture would connect us to the present moment .

Over the years, that fountain went from being a practical object to becoming part of our everyday landscape . It accompanied us at every meal, in every conversation around the kitchen.

Fate would have it that, years later, we moved to Argentona, a small town in the Maresme region, to raise our family. And we took our water fountain with us . What we didn't know was that the Stéfani water fountain's importer in Spain at that time lived in that same town. We kept buying replacement filters, and we always went there to get filters for the whole family —who also bought their own water fountains after seeing ours—so over time, we ended up getting to know each other.

Meanwhile, our family continued to grow... and so did our connection with that source, which without us realizing it began to have its own name: " La Stéfani" .

And so, almost without meaning to, that humble ceramic filter became much more than an object: it became an element that articulated life in our kitchen, a symbol of care, of connection with the earth, of constancy and of conscious choice.

One day, while talking with Toni—Stefani's previous distributor—the possibility arose of continuing his work and taking over the distribution of the power supplies and filters . It wasn't a new idea; it had been on Ferran's mind for some time. And that day, everything clicked.

Because selling a product that's been a part of your life for over a decade means selling trust. It's sharing what you love, what you know works and transforms homes.

Stéfani fountains have something special about them. We don't know if it's the soul of the people who lovingly and artisanally craft them in Brazil ... or their natural, time-honored materials, steeped in history. What we do know is that they are not just water filters. They are objects with something more , with identity. And for many, they end up becoming an essential part of their home.

And so this project " La Stéfani" was born, in honor of our everyday love story , a real story of growth and deep connection with our values, and a simple and honest desire to share what really works, and what really matters .
